i heart grody shogun!

luke rook invented grody shogun as part of his apprenticeship making sofubi in japan, and he's been cranking out release after release after release. i'v been lucky enough to pick up a few, and the first is this unpainted mixed parts monster. such a great little guy, and so much fun! it's so often that toys become pretty and end up just being looked at, so it's great to find those occasional pieces that are so addictive that it's hard to put them down. luke's definitely onto something here, and i simply can't wait for more packages from him to show up!
